The Association for Information Science and Technology (ASIS&T) is a society for information professionals leading the search for theories, techniques, and technologies to improve access to information. The ASIS&T student chapter provides UCLA Department of Information Studies students with an active connection to local and national ASIS&T members, activities, and goals.
The ASIS&T chapter at UCLA was the recipient of the ASIS&T Student Chapter of the Year award winner in 1995 and 2007.
